Family Membership. A 25% reduced subscription is available for junior
and mini members of a full senior playing member of CLTC
 - see senior application form for details.

** All juniors and Minis taking part in the coaching groups must be members of Cheam LTC.
Membership of Cheam LTC and the fees for junior coaching are separate.
This form and the junior fee(s) should be sent to the Membership Secretary.
The MDL form for coaching and cheque should be sent separately to MDL Coaching.
